Thursday we had no appointments. A day with no Mayo Clinic. We went to the Zollman Zoo, attempted to see the closed Mayowood Mansion (and ended up in their garage), ate finger-foods back at the hotel, took a nap (yes, sleep!), drove through the grounds of the Plummer House, ate gyros for dinner and played with friends.
It was great to enjoy Rochester. The people and food and the country-side were all incredibly inviting. It was wonderful to have a day without a doctor.
Tomorrow we return to the Mayo Clinic for two more appointments: the pediatric neuro-ophthalmologist and the psychiatrist.
